Shame - a painful feeling of humiliation or distress caused by the consciousness of wrong or foolish behavior.

Shame - an unpleasant self-conscious emotion typically associated with a negative evaluation of yourself.

Do you think we women have shamed ourselves for far too long? 

Correction: Shamed our bodies for far too long? 

Internally we are “shaming” our perception of how our bodies look. How our skin looks. How our profile looks. 

This word, shame, came to me yesterday when I was talking to an incredible stylist and friend, Gaelen. 

Gaelen is THE Style Sherpa. She provides guidance and inspiration on how to bring authenticity, confidence, and fun into your unique style!

She works deeply with energy.

Being an empath and intuitive energy reader gives her the foundation from which she is able to work on deeper levels with her clients to guide them on finding their true sense of self through style. 

This hit me like a ton of bricks! Why? I was working with style on body shapes. Making women feel empowered and confident by helping them style their body shapes. 

BUT me, personally, I go a bit further with my own style. Adding glitter, sparkle, feathers, over-the-top stuff. (if you know me, you know what I’m talking about).

Well shit. That is what I was doing for myself but not expressing it to you in FierceMODA as much as I wanted to. 

CORRECTION: As much as I should be!  

I support women in loving who they are at every age. In being confident in any situation. 

To take life head-on and achieve anything they want.
