USA Priority Shipping (1-2 days processing) - Starts at $7.95
Canada First Class Package International Service 11 to 20 business days Starts at $12.25
We utilize USPS as our primary shipping carrier. After your payment is verified, your order will be processed and prepared for shipping. Please allow up to 72 hours for your order to be shipped out. You will receive an email confirmation containing your tracking number when your order is shipped. If you do not receive your tracking information within 72 hours of purchasing, please send an email to support@fierceMODA.com
Please be mindful that orders placed on Friday after 4pm Eastern standard time will not ship until the following Monday.
Orders placed with standard shipping can arrive between 1-7 days after shipping. Length of time will vary depending on your zip code.
If your order has been shipped and you are experiencing a delay in receiving your order please contact USPS for further information. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that your packages will arrive on the listed date once the package is in the possession of USPS. It is the responsibility of USPS to ensure that your package is delivered at the listed delivery date. RETURNS
At this time, with health as our number one concern, FierceMODA does NOT offer refunds, however, we will offer a store credit which you can use towards a future purchase.

Use our automated system to create a paid exchange label at no cost to you. Include a note letting us know what item you'd like instead.
EASY RETURNS
Use our automated system to create a paid return label. Your refund will be debited $7.95 for using this service.
Items must be returned within 7 days of the date your receive your order. Please return to the address printed on your shipping label.
Upon receiving your returned item(s), we will inspect it for defects and/or signs of wear. If we detect that the item has been worn or damaged we reserve the right to deny your return.
Once we've determined your item is in good condition you will be emailed store credit information. Please allow 7-14 days for your return to be processed.
Final Sale Items
Discounted items and items purchased on promotion are NOT eligible for return. They are FINAL SALE. If you used a coupon or purchased an item on clearance, the item is final sale.
Body suits are FINAL SALE due to the delicate nature of the item.
Order Not Delivered or Returned to Sender
In the event that your order is returned to us as undelivered there will be a 15% restocking fee deducted from your refund. If we issue a refund it will be minus the restocking fee and shipping cost.
Please ensure that your address is correct when you place your order.
